Sprout ships suggestions with AI. What you write here isn't a note that goes into a pile — it's a prompt for an AI coding agent. If an admin approves it, the agent runs your words as its instructions and opens a pull request with a working implementation for a human to review. This works for bug reports too.

Write it like you're briefing a developer: what should exist, where it lives, and how to tell it works. Specific prompts get built; vague ones get dismissed.
